NWSL 2026 Decision Day: where to watch all eight matches in the U.S.

All eight matches on the final day of the 2026 NWSL regular season have confirmed United States coverage on Sunday, November 1, at 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST, 22:00 UTC). Gotham FC vs. Utah Royals FC will air on ESPN and ESPN Deportes. The other seven fixtures will be on ESPN+. ESPN2 will also carry a live whip-around show switching between games, but that program is not a ninth match.

The allocation comes from ESPN's broadcast announcement dated October 26, 2026, checked on October 30. The rights and services described here apply to the United States; they do not establish that the same channels will show the games in other countries.

All eight NWSL matches on November 1 and where to watch

All 16 clubs kick off at the same time. This table distinguishes the eight fixtures from their confirmed television or streaming outlets in the United States.

Gotham FC vs. Utah Royals FC is therefore the only match scheduled for the linear ESPN channel, alongside ESPN Deportes. Viewers seeking complete coverage of any of the other seven matches are directed to ESPN+.

Why do some schedules appear to list nine events?

The Sports Media Watch guide has an additional entry labeled “Decision Day whiparound coverage”, airing on ESPN2 from 5 p.m. EST. This is a live show switching among matches and their impact on the standings, not an extra fixture or a complete broadcast of every game on a single screen.

That distinction matters if viewers want to follow one team from kickoff to the final whistle: the ESPN2 program monitors Decision Day, while the individual matches retain the specific channels or services shown in the table.

ESPN, ESPN+ and the app: which access is required?

The seven ESPN+ matches are available with a subscription eligible for ESPN+ content, such as ESPN Select or ESPN Unlimited. ESPN says Select includes the ESPN+ library, while Unlimited also provides ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPN Deportes.

Gotham FC vs. Utah Royals FC is on ESPN and ESPN Deportes, and the multi-game show is on ESPN2. Accessing these channels requires a television or streaming package carrying them, or an eligible ESPN Unlimited plan. An ESPN Select-only subscription should not be assumed to include the match on ESPN or the ESPN2 show.

ESPN says all eight matches stream on the ESPN App with the appropriate entitlement. The app itself does not make the broadcasts free: viewers must check their subscription or television-provider authentication.

Decision Day kickoff time and territorial limits

Kickoff is at 5 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time, equivalent to 22:00 UTC and 7 p.m. Brasília time. U.S. daylight saving time ends at 2 a.m. local time on November 1, so the 5 p.m. kickoff takes place in Eastern Standard Time (UTC-5).

ESPN's announced exclusivity concerns domestic coverage in the United States. The same release names NWSL+ as a streaming option for viewers outside the country, but it does not establish access to ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN Deportes or ESPN+ in other territories without separate local confirmation.

What is at stake and when was the schedule checked?

This matchday closes the 2026 NWSL regular season. In the October 26 announcement, the league and ESPN said the regular-season title, the NWSL Shield, and the playoff bracket or seeding still depended on the final results.
